Here are some of the most common questions we are asked about promotional products:

Q:  How long will it take to receive my promotional products?
A:  Each supplier is different in their turnaround time, however it is best to allow at least 2-3 week from order time to receipt of goods.  Most suppliers will ship products within 5 to 7 business days after the art proof has been approved by the customer.  There are several suppliers who do have a selection of products with a 24 hour turn around time, however the critical element in turnaround times is having the proper art file.

Q:  What kind of art file do you need?
A:  Most of our suppliers require vector artwork in an .ai or .eps file format.  This type of file creates art that is clean, camera ready, and can be scaled infinitely, without any loss of quality or fidelity.  This is very important for a sharp, proper imprint.

Q:  We need help with our logo file, can you help us?
A:  We do have designers on staff that can help with logo files as well as design new logos.

Q:  Why are there set up charges?
A:  Set up charges vary by supplier.  This charge helps suppliers cover the costs for the time it takes to set up the artwork on the presses and run a few samples to ensure that your logo is perfectly placed and clearly printed on the item.

Q:  Can you send me a catalog?
A:  Yes, we have many many catalogs in our collection.  We are happy to supply you with catalogs.  We have found, however, that many of our customers find flipping through catalogs to be time consuming and overwhelming.  At GR Promotions, we have a database with over 800,000 products that we can search to find you a selection of items.  Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll be happy to do the legwork for you!
